Return & Exchange Policy

At PS Luxe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, you may contact us for a return or exchange request.
1. Eligible Returns
A return or exchange request may be considered if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- A product or item is missing from your order.
- The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
2. Return Request Period
Any issue with your order should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused.
- The product should be in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags and accessories should be retained wherever applicable.
- The product should not show signs of damage caused after delivery.
4. Unboxing Video
For damaged, incorrect or missing-product claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
Photos and videos of the product and packaging may be requested to verify the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of jewellery and accessories, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange once delivered, particularly where the product has been used, worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
6. Return Approval
Once you contact us, our team may review the details, photographs and videos provided.
A return or exchange will only be processed after the request has been reviewed and approved by PS Luxe.
7. Return Shipping
Where the return is approved because of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, PS Luxe may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping, subject to verification.
For other return requests, shipping charges may not be refundable.
8. Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative resolution or refund may be offered.
